Avoid using fluorin chlorine carbon compounds, selenium compounds, 6 valence chrome, asbestos, formaldehyde, organic tin compounds and nitrification compounds. Animal and vegetal oil lower than 100mg/L In the waste water COD shall be lower than 500mg/L BOC lower than 300 mg/L  suspended solids lower than 400mg/L. Noise: in day time ≦60 dB At night ≦50 dB  Water consumption shall be controlled within 1700-2300 T for spring and 3000-3500 T for summer,1700-2300 T for autumn and 1400-2000 T for winter. Power consumption shall be controlled within 600,000 kwh for peak season and below 300,000kwh for slack season. Where customer’s standards are lower than the above goals stipulated by us, the customer’s shall precedes.

Reorganization:  place the left over necessary products in arranged positions orderly and mark them up. Sweeping (SEISO): all work sites, visible or invisible, shall be cleaned up and kept tidy. Cleaning: keep environment beautiful. Quality: each employee should build up a good habit, observe the rules and cultivate a positive attitude. Safety: each employee shall be earnest and cautious in work, conduct operation by strictly following the regulations specified in operational manuals to reduce and finally eliminate any hidden trouble. Cost efficiency: be cost-saving in every little bit. Sort-out: Distinguish all the stuff placed at the work site into two kinds: necessary and unnecessary. Keep up those necessary and remove those unnecessary.
